Josh Rogers
Beginnings
Josh’s experience in real estate runs deep, but his Fort Worth roots run deeper still. While Josh considers Aledo home, he is a third generation Fort Worthian. His grandfather attended TCU and his mom graduated from Paschal High School. In the early 2000s, Josh began his career in real estate working in sales for a local Fort Worth builder. Drawn to the potential for collaboration and service within the world of real estate, he soon began tackling his own remodeling projects – flipping residential and commercial properties. In 2015, Josh earned his real estate license and even ran his own brokerage for four years. By 2017 he was building new custom homes and doing light commercial construction. Josh thoroughly enjoys Fort Worth life and the many opportunities in real estate available in this area.
Work & Skills
Given his range and depth of experience, Josh is able to offer his clients expertise on everything from construction to investing. His clients love that he can help them make a sound investment and also help them find their dream home, whether they want a move-in ready house, a custom home, or a fixer-upper. A creative, “outside the box” thinker, Josh enjoys any kind of challenge that comes his way and eagerly uses his creative energy and resources to meet the needs of every client.
Priorities
Josh is a man of many talents, and when he’s not doing his favorite things (serving his clients or hanging out with his wife, Kim, or their two kids, Reed and Carlee), he is likely to be found in his shop making his own hand-crafted wood or metal projects. His family actively serve their community through Young Life in Aledo.

Josh has a deep appreciation for the value of this community. In fact, he says, “Even though I’m somewhat of an introvert, the gift of others that are like-minded to do life with is truly a blessing.” It is that spirit of community combined with a passion for service that colors everything Josh does. Whether designing and constructing a co-working space, tackling a major fixer-upper project, or helping a client locate just the right home, Josh works incredibly hard to do everything with excellence.
