A pre-approval letter reflects the buyer’s ability to afford property. As a buyer, you strengthen your offer and negotiations when you present an approval letter to a seller with the offer.
2. Buyer consultation
A buyer consultation is designed to clearly understand the client’s objectives and expectations. In this meeting, we will develop a clear strategy and build a timeline for your transition.
3. Tour property
One of our skilled LEAGUE agents will show you homes on the market which you have chosen from your email search and help you to narrow those houses to find the best home for you.
4. Offer Negotiations
LEAGUE will help you make an educated decision using property’s value and available data. A contract out lines both the buyer and seller’s obligation to uphold their agreement on price and terms.
5. Contract to close
During this time we will work to remove inspection, finance, and appraisal contingencies. We will identify any areas of concern in these reports and ask the seller to either make the repairs or price concessions.
6. Closing day
There will be a scheduled closing. We will meet with a closing agent who will close your loan and finalize the purchase, allowing you to take possession of your new home.
