About the Community

Fort Worth’s Near Southside is home to some of the oldest, most beautiful homes in the city. Hundred-year old homes, historical markers and all the character that comes along with that are common in neighborhoods like Fairmount, Ryan Place, Berkeley Place and Mistletoe Heights. A stroll down the storied Elizabeth Boulevard alone gives a taste of the abundance of this part of the city.
