Fort Worth Real Estate – Market Update

Each Spring we see a rise in the home buying market, and this year is no different! The upward trend continues, with the number of homes sold increasing, as well as the median price! The only decrease we see is the inventory and the number of days any given home will remain on the market.

To be exact, Fort Worth home sales were up 3.2% and the median price increased by 13%…just in February alone. Homes spent an average of 40 days on the market in February, 11 days less than this time last year. Additionally, active listings decreased 4.1%.
