Alisha Gifford

Beginnings
Alisha grew up in Deer Park, Texas, just outside Galveston, before earning both her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston. Real estate has always been familiar to her thanks to her father’s long history of owning rental properties. Nineteen years ago, she made Fort Worth home, where she continues to build both her career and her community.

Work & Skills
Alisha’s career has taken her through social services, oil and gas, international health and safety, and consulting, giving her more than 30 years of experience in leadership, sales, and serving others. Her background in emotional intelligence shapes the way she works with clients, helping people feel heard, understood, and comfortable throughout the process. Known for being authentic, caring, and approachable, she believes the best results come from putting people first and measuring success by what is truly right for her clients.

Priorities
For Alisha, real estate is a natural extension of the work she has always loved most, building relationships and helping people through important life moments. She brings decades of experience into this new chapter with a genuine commitment to serving others. Away from work, she enjoys going to the movies, listening to audiobooks and podcasts, singing karaoke, having spontaneous dance parties, and spending quality time with family and friends.
