Ava Horsburgh

Beginnings
Born and raised in Fort Worth, Ava was homeschooled and proudly self taught, the kind of person who believes there is always something to learn from people who have lived a little longer and know a little more. Real estate was not exactly a random plot twist either. Growing up with a dad in land surveying meant she was always drawn to the world of homes, design, and development. She flirted with the idea of engineering and architecture before realizing real estate was their more personable sister with better conversations and fewer blueprints.

Work & Skills
Before becoming an agent, Ava collected experience across a mix of industries including retail sales, office management, property management administration, and even nannying. Most notably, she spent two and a half years at LEAGUE handling administrative work in property management, where she sharpened her organization skills and learned how to keep a lot of moving pieces from catching fire. As an agent, she brings energy, tenacity, attention to detail, and a genuinely positive attitude to the table. She loves both the technical side of real estate and the people side, which is convenient because clients tend to appreciate both. Her goal is simple. She wants clients to feel heard, cared for, informed, and like they have someone dependable in their corner from start to finish.

Priorities
Her church community is one of the biggest gifts in her life and the foundation for so much of what matters most to her. Outside of real estate, Ava fills her time with babysitting, serving in youth ministry, reading and writing, country concerts, any patio that comes with sunshine and good conversation, and visiting her favorite local coffee shops. She firmly believes that Race Street is home to the best coffee in town, and she takes hers strong and sweet – which honestly explains at least a few things about her personality.
