Brooke McWhirter
Beginnings
Brooke McWhirter was born and raised on the westside of Fort Worth and graduated from Arlington Heights High School. She then attended Texas Tech University, where she was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma and earned a degree in business management. After starting her career in sales and corporate event planning in Dallas, Brooke and her husband, Grant, moved back to Fort Worth in 2008. Several years later, inspired by the positive experience of buying and renovating their home, Brooke pursued her real estate license. With a passion for homes and a commitment to serving people, she combines her eye for detail with a dedication to helping clients find their perfect home.
Work and Skills
With her event planning background, Brooke honed her organizational skills, ability to manage deadlines, and effective client communication. Since 2012, she has assisted dozens of Fort Worth residents with buying and selling, excelling at handling contracts and building strong relationships. Her passion for real estate, inspired by her own home-buying and renovation experiences, allows her to deeply understand and prioritize her clients’ needs. Having completed multiple renovation projects and house flips in Dallas and Fort Worth, Brooke brings confidence and calmness to real estate transactions. Her problem-solving abilities and extensive network enable her to find off-market properties, always ensuring her clients’ best interests are prioritized.

Brooke’s life revolves around her faith, family, and friends, with quality time being her love language. She keeps active through workouts, running, and enjoys hobbies like tennis, mahjong, and lake activities with loved ones. Brooke loves cooking, entertaining, and attending live music events, and is a passionate fan of college sports, particularly football. Engaging with her kids’ activities and community involvement are also central to her life, including co-chairing the Celebration at Sundown event for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and participating in fundraising events like the St. Jude half marathon.
