Beginnings
Born and raised in Fort Worth, Davin grew up in a family that has long called North Texas home, instilling in her a deep sense of belonging and connection to Cowtown. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Arts from the University of Texas at Arlington, developing her creative skills and a lifelong appreciation for thoughtful, intentional work. Along the way, she cultivated a strong desire to connect with people and support them during meaningful moments in life.

Her journey later took her overseas with her family, where they spent seven years living in East Africa. Immersed in the Swahili language and culture, Davin discovered a rhythm of hospitality, community, and shared life that profoundly shaped her worldview. Those years taught her to see people with empathy, openness, and a deep respect for every story.

Having personally navigated major life transitions and international moves, Davin naturally found her way into real estate, bringing a genuine desire to guide and support people as they begin their next chapter in life.

Work and Skills
Davin’s greatest joy is helping people feel understood and supported. She meets every client where they are, whether they are stepping into homeownership for the first time, selling a beloved property, or moving across the country, and walks alongside them with care, clarity, and purpose.

Priorities
Davin’s life revolves around faith, family, and building deep, lasting relationships. Together with her husband, she has five sons, two stepping into adulthood while the younger three still fill the house with energy, curiosity, and laughter. She treasures simple moments such as enjoying the outdoors, creating art, reading stories together, and cooking as a family. For her, feeding the people you love is its own love language, and these everyday moments bring grounding, gratitude, and joy.

In addition to her family, Davin devotes time to her community. She volunteers with a local nonprofit, teaching English as a second language and supporting individuals and families from various nationalities as they adjust to life in a completely new country and culture. Real estate may be her work, but people are her purpose.
