Dillon Dewald
Beginnings
Real estate is a bit of a family legacy for the Dewald family. Both sides of Dillon’s family have been involved in real estate development in Central Texas for many years. When Dillon first graduated as a proud Texas A&M Aggie, it was to pursue a career in public accounting. While he is quick to say that he enjoyed the service aspects of the accounting industry, he found that his work with large corporations was missing the more personal interactions through which he wanted to serve. This is what eventually led him back to his roots and on to a career in real estate.
Work & Skills
Dillon brings the knowledge and skills of his accounting background as well as his love for community and individuals together in his work as an agent. It is in this combination that he has found success. He is dedicated to helping his clients make their dreams realities and he is meticulous in his commitment to constantly improving in his knowledge of the market and the industry. Dillon sees his work as so much more than transactions and contracts. He says, “I love real estate for what it represents in our lives: running a business, building a family, or supporting a community — it is in these unique spaces that we build our lives.”
Priorities
Of course, his wife, Erin, and their four children (Jackson, Hunter, Greer, and Sloane) come first for Dillon. They enjoy being outdoors together, riding bikes, exploring the Trinity Trails or spending time on the family ranches along the Lampasas River. A huge advocate of Fort Worth, Dillon loves that the “stockshow and rodeo happens right across the street from world class art museums.” And he never fails to run into someone he knows at either location.
