Elma Bunce

Beginnings
Elma began her real estate career in Arizona after earning her real estate license in 2017, working as both a licensed agent and a Transaction Coordinator. Starting in these dual roles gave her a well rounded understanding of the entire real estate process and helped her build expertise in contracts, negotiations, timelines, and client service. Since then, she has assisted with more than 250 residential real estate transactions. After relocating with her family to Texas in 2020, she earned her Texas real estate license in 2022 and now brings valuable experience serving clients in both Arizona and Texas.

Work & Skills
Her background as both an agent and Transaction Coordinator allows her to confidently guide clients through every stage of the transaction, from contract to closing. She is known for her organization, attention to detail, clear communication, and commitment to keeping every transaction on track. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she is able to serve a diverse range of clients, and those who work with her describe her as dependable, responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

Priorities
Family is at the center of everything she does. She and her husband, Nick, have two teenage sons, along with two cats and two dogs, and they enjoy spending as much time together as possible. Outside of real estate, she loves scrapbooking, reading, attending live music, hiking, and exploring everything Texas has to offer. She believes buying a home is one of life’s biggest financial decisions and is committed to providing clear communication, reliable guidance, and a positive experience from the first conversation through closing.
