Erin Isaac

Beginnings
Erin was born and raised locally in East Fort Worth. Growing up in a broken home as well as in and around poverty, she learned early how to care for herself as well as her siblings and cousins. This developed a determination for perfection and a love for serving and caring for others in Erin. Even from a young age, Erin felt drawn to the medical field, but her creative side also enjoyed reading Southern Living magazines and wall-papering her doll house. Erin married her highschool sweetheart, Luis, and together they pursued their dreams of a large family and serving their community. Erin spent 13 years as a Lab and X-ray Supervisor but couldn’t ignore her other personal goal of pursuing real estate. After thoughtful discussions and prayers, they decided it was the right time to step away from one dream to pursue the other.

Work & Skills
In Erin’s work as an Lab and X-ray Supervisor, she oversaw quality control, compliance, state regulations, and training across the nation. Her role allowed her to cultivate relationships with executive leaders and staff, but most importantly, with her patients. Erin’s years of experience utilizing critical thinking, strong communication and attention to detail have translated perfectly into her role as an agent. As she once was for her patients, Erin is now a strong advocate for her clients.

Priorities
Erin and Luis have 4 sweet, joyful kiddos! They spend many days and nights at the football field, dance classes, and volunteering at school or church. “We like to keep life simple with lots of family dinners and game/movie nights!” Erin also serves on the school fundraising committee, the Catholic Mission Committee, and volunteers at Holy Family Catholic Church.
