Beginnings
Heather has called DFW home for over 25 years, and her deep roots in the community are reflected in
every transaction she leads. Originally from Georgetown, she grew up surrounded by family, connection, and a love for staying active and involved. She carried that energy with her to Texas A&M University, where she earned a BA in Marketing and began spending time with a certain guy named Dustin between her freshmen “fish” camp counselor responsibilities and Tri Delt activities. She and her husband Dusty are raising their two kids in Fort Worth, staying involved and connected while juggling the chaos of activities and still making time for fun.

Work & Skills
With 15 years in the industry, Heather brings both local expertise and genuine personal investment to every client relationship. Since joining LEAGUE Real Estate, she has closed over $125 million in sales volume and remained a consistent member of the Leadership Circle since its inception, earning Top Producer and Best Agent recognition every year for eight consecutive years. Her production speaks for itself, but what sets Heather apart is how she works, with intention, warmth, and an unwavering commitment to her clients’ goals. She has built her reputation on listening first and sees her role as a trusted guide, making the process smooth, transparent, and even fun. In 2023, Heather carved out a specialty in pro athlete relocation and DFW investment properties, guiding professional athletes through one of the biggest transitions of their lives while staying sharp, connected, and always on her toes.

Priorities
Heather is deeply involved in her Fort Worth community, actively participating in NCL and supporting All Saints Episcopal School as a corporate sponsor. At home, life is full and fast paced with her husband and their two kids, often centered around family time and a carpool that never seems to end. She values connection, consistency, and showing up for the people around her. When it is time to unwind, her preferences are simple. Give her a lake, a beach, and a cold drink any day. Snow is pretty to look at, just preferably from a distance and somewhere warm.
