Heather Teems

Beginnings
Raised in Georgetown, north of Austin, Heather speaks fondly of her growing up with her little brother including family road trips, quality time at home and many, many school activities! Heather was often the class clown in high school, she loved to goof around, active in cheerleading as well as theater. At Texas A&M University, Heather began spending time with a certain guy named Dustin between her freshmen “fish” camp counselor responsibilities and Tri-delt activities. Today Heather, Dustin, and their 2 kids call Fort Worth home.

Work and Skills
A marketing major in college, Heather excels at systems, organization and she demonstrates strong communication skills.

“I think it’s important to really listen to hone in on what’s important” Heather shared when asked about what key skill she offers her clients. Heather values listening so she can understand to efficiently serve her clients. She sees her role as a guide, and loves making the journey smooth, personable and pleasant!

Priorities
Heather’s connection with Fort Worth began while coming up to visit a friend while in college. Eating at Joe T’s, walking around the TCU campus and going downtown, ‘the Fort’ felt like a place she could settle in.

Heather’s priorities include her faith and she attends church at First United Methodist downtown. Heather loves chill time with her family. A regular rhythm, “Snack night at the Teems” includes a trip to Central Market, buying food, drinks, and everyone enjoying while snuggling in together. Other highlights include college football, running, travel {especially to Lake Buchanan right outside Marble Falls}!!

Why LEAGUE?
“I didn’t want to settle and this place just felt like a fit. I really wanted a certain culture and work environment that felt like me. It’s very important to me that I can serve my clients from start to finish and want a brokerage that offered the support, media capabilities and brand to accomplish and surpass my client’s goals.”
