Jake White

Beginnings
Jake was born and raised just north of Kansas City, Missouri. As a child, Jake would help his grandparents clean and prepare their rental properties for incoming tenants. This planted the seeds of what would grow into a passion for real estate. When Jake was in high school, his family moved to Arlington, where he met his future wife, Rochelle. Both moved to Fort Worth where Rochelle attended TCU while Jake received a Bachelors and Masters degree in Criminology from UTA.

Work & Skills
After serving with the police department for 15 years, Jake decided to switch careers and pursue real estate. Whether working as an officer or an agent, he has always heeded the call to help others. Jake is familiar with hard work and long hours, and his dedication to others is evidenced by his commitment and determination.

Priorities
Like most parents, Jake’s hobbies include supporting his two children in their pursuits. His son, Charlie, is into wrestling and computers, while his daughter, Lauren, practices ballet and is an avid sports enthusiast! Jake is still a big fan of his hometown baseball team. You’ll often find him sporting his KC Royals hat with a Diet Coke in hand. Other favorites include vacationing in Nantucket Island and rescuing endangered sea turtles…a must-hear story you’ll have to ask him to share sometime!

Having lived in Fort Worth for over 20 years, Jake is a proud and loyal resident. “Fort Worth is the largest small town in America. Almost anytime I am out with my family we run into someone we know. With a city rapidly approaching a population of over 1 million residents, it is an experience like no other.”
