Jared Benson

Beginnings
Jared grew up in Arlington and has deep roots throughout Tarrant County. He attended the University of Texas at Arlington, where he earned a degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice with plans to pursue a career in law enforcement. Instead, he spent five years in marketing and business development for a foundation repair company, where he gained firsthand exposure to the real estate industry. After earning his real estate license, what began as a part time opportunity quickly became a full time career, and he has been helping clients buy and sell homes since 2017.

Work & Skills
Before becoming an agent, Jared worked closely with real estate professionals every day and even became a licensed instructor, teaching continuing education classes to more than a thousand agents. Those experiences gave him a deep understanding of contracts, the industry, and how every part of a transaction fits together. Today, clients appreciate his attention to detail, his ability to explain complex topics in a clear and approachable way, and his honest, no pressure approach that always puts their best interests first.

Priorities
Family is at the center of everything Jared does. He and his wife, Kelsey, love spending time with their three boys, Wade, Todd, and Hank, whether they are reading together, playing board games, or enjoying time with friends. They are also actively involved in their local church. Outside of real estate, Jared enjoys investing in real estate, small businesses, and startups, and he is always happy to talk about business, investing, and new ideas.
