Beginnings
Originally from Oscoda, Michigan, Julie Belsher relocated to Fort Worth in 2007 during the housing crash when her family faced the poignant loss of her childhood home. Weathering financial adversity, they started over, discovering unexpected blessings along the way. Fort Worth set the stage for a new chapter where Julie met her husband, James, and together they nurtured a family now graced by two beautiful girls. In 2020, Julie assumed a guiding role in real estate, aiding distressed families in selling their homes and helping others achieve the milestone of homeownership.
Work & Skills
In Oscoda, Julie started out as a licensed massage therapist and manager of a Bed & Breakfast. Upon relocating to Texas, she served as a regional manager for a salon and later as an office manager for a dental practice. In each role, Julie’s genuine love for people shone through. Now, as a licensed REALTOR®, her passion for fostering relationships continues. Known for her organizational skills, thorough approach, and direct communication style, Julie is recognized as a reliable, compassionate professional. Clients often describe her as a friend, skilled negotiator, and dependable ally, appreciating her continued support even after transactions are over. Priorities
At the core of Julie’s life is her faith, serving as the driving force behind her genuine love for people. Her most cherished moments are spent with her beloved husband, kiddos, and fur babies, as they go on camping adventures in their RV. Beyond creating lasting memories with her family, Julie finds joy in indulging her love for romantic comedies, honing her culinary skills, and competitively training for and running half marathons.
