Kathryn Cashion

Beginnings
Kathryn is a lifelong resident of Fort Worth, having grown up in the Ridglea Hills neighborhood and attended Ridglea Hills, Monnig, and Arlington Heights High School. She earned a Bachelor of Social Work from Midwestern State University, where she was a cheerleader and member of Chi Omega. After returning home and working in social services and nonprofit administration, she met her husband and they began a new chapter together in Austin. There, she worked in operations for an international hospitality recruitment firm before ultimately feeling called back to Fort Worth, earning her real estate license in 2005. With a father who was a respected Fort Worth real estate attorney and twenty years of experience herself, she brings deep local knowledge and a passion for boutique level, highly personalized service.

Work & Skills
Her background in social work and operations shaped the skills she relies on today. She leads with emotional intelligence and listens carefully to her clients’ goals and priorities. Known for her strong relationships with experienced lenders and contractors, she communicates clearly, negotiates confidently, and perseveres through every stage of a transaction. Clients describe her as detail oriented, efficient, proactive, thorough, patient, kind, and highly capable. She treats every property as if it were her own and establishes clear goals based on current market trends to ensure the best possible outcome.

Priorities
Faith and family are at the center of her life. She would not want to live without God’s grace, the support of her family, and a good cup of coffee to start the morning. Much of her free time is spent cheering on her children at their activities, which she considers one of her greatest joys. When schedules allow, she loves gathering around a campfire, looking up at the stars, and making s’mores.
