Kelly Edmundson

Beginnings
Growing up in Fort Worth and Arlington, Kelly developed a love for homes long before real estate became her career. She attended Nolan Catholic High School before earning a Bachelor of Arts in English from The University of Texas at Austin, a degree her Nana jokingly called “worthless.” As a child, she spent Sunday mornings flipping through real estate listings in the newspaper and designing rooms inspired by Ethan Allen catalogs, a hobby that hinted at the career that was waiting for her.

Work & Skills
Before becoming a REALTOR®, Kelly spent 12 years in the nonprofit world with the Fort Worth Zoo, where she built lasting relationships while managing multiple campaigns and large-scale events with care and discretion. Those experiences shaped the qualities that now define her approach to real estate. Resourceful, detail oriented, and deeply knowledgeable about Tarrant County, she is a thoughtful problem solver who keeps clients informed every step of the way. Her clients would describe her as communicative, honest, empathetic, and funny, someone who brings a welcome sense of calm and humor to what can often be a stressful experience.

Priorities
Outside of real estate, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband and their dogs on neighborhood walks, discovering new restaurants around Fort Worth, sharing a glass of wine with friends and true crime podcasts. Giving back is also an important part of her life, and she serves as a grief group facilitator at The Warm Place. Whether she is supporting her community or helping clients navigate a move, building meaningful relationships remains at the center of everything she does.
