Logan Gutwein

Beginnings
Logan was born in Washington DC but has lived in DFW since elementary school. He graduated from Marcus High School in Flower Mound before attending Texas A&M for Aerospace Engineering. After graduating, he accepted a position at Lockheed in Fort Worth and immediately fell in love with all the city has to offer. “I’ve made the best of friends here, found the best dog in the world here and even met my wife here!”

Growing up, his parents owned a property management company and invested in real estate, which gave him hands-on experience in the worlds of marketing, hospitality, and renovation work. However, it wasn’t until he took the opportunity to do some of his own real estate investing after college that he became enamored with the industry and ultimately decided to make a career shift.

Work & Skills
Logan’s experience in property management, real estate investment, and his unique skills as an engineer have all enabled him to assist his clients with excellence. The “people first” nature of the industry is what drew him in, as he has a genuine love for helping others and partnering with them in accomplishing their goals. He feels his experience as an engineer uniquely equips him in this process. “I’m thankful I still get to use my problem-solving and creative skills that helped me be a good engineer to help others in their home buying and selling journeys.” His clients describe him as both fun and a true professional. His hope in serving his clients is that they would feel cared for throughout the process.

Priorities
In addition to spending time with his wife and “the best dog in the world,” Logan loves all things sports, food, and Fort Worth! After traveling to 30 countries and hundreds of cities worldwide, he’s never been somewhere he loves as much as his hometown. The laid-back feel, friendly people, and the food are what set it apart for him. His top priority is his faith, and he’s proud to be a Deacon for his church’s kids ministry.
