Mark Philpot

Beginnings
Raised in the Fort, Mark exudes many of the qualities of our city; laid back, genuine, and friendly, yet focused, intentional, and forward thinking. After graduating from Boswell High School, Mark joined the Corps of Cadets at Texas A&M. A job opportunity in International Marketing at Lockheed Martin brought him back to Fort Worth after college.

Work and Skills
In addition to Lockheed, Mark has worked at Country Day School, Christ Chapel, and Trinity Chapel Bible Church as he’s been drawn to vocations in service, education, technology, and creativity which made real estate a logical conclusion and fitting combination! Mark is a deep thinker who enjoys engaging in meaningful relationships.

When asked about his heart for Fort Worth he said, “I love the dialogue of ideas and the people I get to meet. As the city is growing, I get to meet graphic designers, business leaders, entrepreneurs, producers, songwriters, etc., and love hearing peoples’ stories of where they’ve been and where they’re going…”

Priorities
For Mark, it’s family. He’s crazy about his bride, Maggie. Their son Schaeffer lights up his world. Mark’s been a musician and songwriter and has enjoyed producing music for other musicians as well as his own. The guy can get lost in planting flowers and landscaping which is a tribute to his Italian roots. Mark and Maggie are involved in their church and value the community greatly. In addition to his heart for people, Mark has renovated several homes and they have a dream of buying and renovating an old church for a house someday. So don’t be surprised if you see that in a future social media feed!! Currently, they live in the Mistletoe Heights area.
