A proud Baylor Bear, Ross’s degree is in corporate communications, equipping him well for his past and present endeavors. Formerly a scout for the Toronto Blue Jays baseball team, Ross has a knack for negotiating as well as analyzing and evaluating. When he entered real estate in 2015, he soon gained valuable experience in a variety of aspects of the industry, working as an agent, acquiring investment properties for Fort Capital, and then founding his own company, 2080 Ventures which focuses on both single family and student housing.
Work & Skills
Ross was born and raised in Fort Worth and offers his clients both a thorough knowledge of the city and region but also vast experience with assessing property values from an investment perspective and in construction and development. This combined with his training in communications make him an incredible asset. His past clients describe Ross as diligent, honest, and knowledgeable. Whether working with a first-time homebuyer or a seasoned investor, Ross works hard to meet the goals of his clients.
When he’s not busy serving his clients or running his own business, Ross’s favorite pastime is spending time with his wife, Carrie, and their three girls, Jenny, Emma, and Lila. He also enjoys hunting and golf and is involved with his church, Christ Chapel Bible Church. On top of all this he serves on the small-scale development council for the Urban Land Institute.
“Their brand and mission align perfectly with my core values, and LEAGUE’s commitment to creative media allows me to showcase each clients’ property to its fullest potential.”
