Beginnings
Sacha has lived in Texas most of her life, with roots that include time spent on a farm in Virginia and near the Florida coast. Those early experiences shaped her love for animals, nature, and being close to the water. She has always enjoyed rearranging and decorating spaces, which led her to assist a Realtor friend with home staging years ago. That hands-on exposure sparked her interest in real estate and inspired her to earn her license so she could help clients feel confident and supported when preparing their homes for sale.

Work & Skills
Before becoming an agent, she helped manage her family’s salon and boutique, learning the ins and outs of running a business and ensuring everything operated smoothly and looked inviting. Working as a licensed manicurist gave her a front row seat to the client experience, helping her understand what people truly need and how to make them feel cared for. She brings a keen eye for detail, a responsive approach, and a natural ability to help clients feel confident and supported. People often describe her as loyal, hardworking, and genuinely supportive.

Priorities
Family is at the center of her life, including those who have become family through lasting relationships. She is a devoted wife, a proud mother of four, and a joyful “Sassy” to her granddaughters. Outside of real estate, she finds happiness riding horses, caring for her many animals, and spending time near the water at the beach, lake, or pool. A fun fact is that she loves competing in ranch versatility and cow work with her horses.
