Soraya Myers

Beginnings
Though a native of Amersham, England, Soraya has been a Fort Worthian since the young age of five. Growing up in cowtown, she attended Trinity Valley, Arlington Heights and even graduated from TCU. She met her husband while working as a journalist for the Fort Worth Star Telegram, and they moved to Knoxville, TN, where he completed a residency in radiology. It wasn’t long before they migrated back to the area and settled in Aledo, TX. Though her passion for real estate grew early on by observing her father’s keen eye for real estate investments, it wasn’t until her sons left for college that she decided to pursue a career as a real estate agent.

Work & Skills
Soraya has a passion for design and finds joy in helping clients see the potential in home design. She gained experience in home building and remodeling early in her career and sees challenges as opportunities. “The impossible is always possible” is a motto she lives by, and this can-do attitude enables her clients move forward with confidence and ease. As an agent, she truly enjoys building relationships with buyers and sellers and loves to share in the joy of home ownership.

Priorities
When she’s not pursuing her passion for real estate and home design, Soraya spends her time on her other joys: painting, pottery, soap making and gardening. She and her husband have a small business called The Dirt Box where they grow produce for farmers markets, and they even have a YouTube channel that follows their journey. In addition to other produce, she grows over one hundred San Marzano tomato plants in their raised garden area!
