Beginnings
Stephanie grew up in Vernon, Texas, where her family has lived for generations as farmers and business owners. She studied sociology at Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, fascinated by the ways people connect and build communities. That same curiosity, combined with a lifelong love of historic homes, led her to real estate. Inspired by her first home-buying experience in San Antonio, Stephanie saw firsthand how a great REALTOR® can make all the difference—guiding, educating, and advocating for their clients. She knew then that she wanted to provide that same level of care and expertise to others. Today, she thrives on helping people navigate one of the biggest transitions of their lives, ensuring their real estate journey is as seamless and rewarding as possible.

Work & Skills
Before real estate, Stephanie built a career in social work, contract management, and nonprofit grant writing. Through these roles, she developed essential skills in problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and strategic planning—all of which translate seamlessly into her work as a REALTOR®. She is adaptable, resourceful, and thrives under pressure, especially when helping buyers navigate the challenges of the current market. One of her greatest strengths is networking with fellow agents to uncover hidden opportunities for her clients. Above all, Stephanie prioritizes clear and consistent communication so her clients feel informed, empowered, and confident in every decision. Her clients would describe her as patient, persistent, and a creative problem solver who always puts their needs first.

Priorities
Outside of real estate, Stephanie finds joy in life’s simple moments—watching TV with her daughter, running, taking her dog for long walks, and gathering with friends over good food and conversation. An avid reader, she even started a neighborhood book club to turn a solitary hobby into a shared experience, and it has quickly become one of her favorite monthly traditions. But if there’s one thing she truly can’t live without, it’s historic homes. Living in a 100+ year-old house herself, Stephanie has a deep appreciation for the craftsmanship, character, and history embedded in every corner of older homes. She loves helping others find and fall in love with homes that tell a story.
