Originally from Castro Valley, California, Zach’s family moved to Texas during his middle school years where he stayed until attending Stephen F. Austin University for college. In 2013, Zach graduated with a degree in Child/Family Development and a minor in Psychology. While finishing the internship portion of his degree, Zach was encouraged by his mentor to pursue his passion for real estate and a little time around Zach will show you that he is indeed, passionate about the industry!
Work and Skills
“I feel my degree has helped me relate to and understand the emotional ties to where people live or invest. It’s a big deal!” Zach’s understanding of people is a great compliment to his heart for real estate; especially as an investment. Currently, Zach is rehabbing two properties. Zach also enjoys owning rental property locally.
“I love that Fort Worth is growing at an incredible pace, yet it still has the small town vibe and feel. I see this city being one of the greatest in Texas! I did not grow up here but as they say, ‘I got here as soon as I could!’ I love how ‘big’ small business is here. It’s a great place for it to thrive.”
Zach and his wife, Noelle, also enjoy traveling. They have a desire to see the world together. A personal goal of his is to hike the Appalachian Trail in it’s entirety!
Zach enjoys being outdoors, whether it’s running, biking the Trinity Trails or taking his dog, Marvel, to the dog park. Zach played rugby at SFA and remains involved as an officer on the SFA Rugby Alumni. He is an active member at Watermark Church where he also serves in a community group.
Zach can also be found brewing his own craft beer or spending time with a local brew club. He and his wife enjoy watching The Office or (big surprise) renovating their current home in Fort Worth’s new River District!
So Zach, what’s your favorite thing about LEAGUE?
“LEAGUE, for me, feels like home. The atmosphere reminds me of a tight knit family and community. It’s so important to feel known and cared for and LEAGUE is the epitome of that. LEAGUE is always looking to serve its agents and clients in the highest capacity with every chance they have. The move for me was a no-brainer.”
Zach’s determined, positive, caring demeanor makes him a great asset to our culture. His entrepreneurial spirit is contagious and his resolve to his client’s investment decision-making endears them, no matter their price point. Whether you’re a first-time home buyer or an experienced investor, Zach feels, “Each purchase is just as important as the last. I also love managing properties for investors. My clients can see that I care about their business and personal investments as much as (or sometimes more) than they do!”
