Heroes Home Award LLC (HHA) is a company founded by first responders for first responders. HHA has found a way to award the community heroes, those who selflessly serve and sacrifice, with the purchase of their new home. Our mission as experienced real estate professionals is to help first responders achieve the American dream of home ownership through our founding principles of building relationships through trust and integrity, and being innovative and agile advocates for our clients. As former first responders, the HHA leadership team knows firsthand the sacrifice of first responders in our communities. Without community heroes, our communities would not be the thriving neighborhoods all great cities require.
About Us
Jake White, REALTOR®
Jake White is a retired sergeant from the Fort Worth Police Department. After 22 years in law enforcement, Jake focused his attention to his real estate career. So far, in his real estate career, Jake has helped over 100 community heroes with their real estate needs.
Todd Allen, REALTOR®
Todd Allen is also a former officer for the Fort Worth Police Department. After serving on the SWAT Team for seven years, Todd transitioned into a full-time real estate career. He holds a certification from the Graduate Real Estate Institute.
Jake Little, Loan Officer

Jake Little is a Texas native who partnered with Jake White to form the HHA in an effort to give back to our community Heroes. Jake is a graduate from Texas A&M and was involved with the Corps of Cadets, serving as Chaplain for his outfit. Jake offers finance expertise and insight to help our Heroes navigate the financial component of home buying.
Who can use the Heroes Home Award?
Heroes Home Award (HHA) is a program founded by first responders, for first responders. HHA awards community heroes with up to $7,500 towards the purchase or sale of their home and up to $1,000 towards the refinance of their home. HHA is the most robust real estate solution for our community heroes here in Fort Worth, TX!
