The Selling Process
LEAGUE uses the following selling process to ensure a positive experience.
1. Listing presentation
We will meet to learn about client’s expectations and goals. We will discuss our marketing strategy, timeframes, and value of your home. Pricing and time on the market are interrelated.
2. Marketing strategy
LEAGUE’s marketing strategy is designed to create maximum exposure for your home generating excitement and urgency in the shortest period of time from qualified buyers.
3. Property Showings
Our team work with agents wanting to show your property. You will receive regular status updates with feedback from showings and updates on the market which affects your home sale.
4. Contract Negotiations
Once you receive an offer on your property, there are three primary details to address: price, terms, and timeline. Once the contract is signed it becomes legally binding to both parties.
5. Contract to close
The buyer will acquire financing and their lender will order an appraisal. Home inspections will be conducted. Once these conditions are completed, your property is pending to close.
6. Closing day
A title company will close the sell of your property. The closing is a scheduled date and time in which we meet to sign documents to transfer ownership to the buyer.
