Nicole Clifton

Beginnings
Nicole is about as local as you get. Born and raised in Cleburne, Texas {a once rural community but now a rapidly growing & developing area just south of Fort Worth}. Nicole is well familiar with the changing landscape of our local real estate market. After graduating from Cleburne HS, Nicole studied marketing at Baylor University in Waco.

Work & Skills
Nicole exemplifies mastery in two areas: people & property. A licensed broker by 2002, Nicole offers vast experience in real estate transactions. However, as competent as she is in negotiations and contracts, Nicole’s heart is in relationships. Serving as Coordinator of Volunteers for children’s ministry at Christ Chapel Bible Church for years, Nicole is keenly aware of the nuances of interpersonal needs. She has a wonderful way of handling details, addressing issues and coordinating for efficient solutions.

Priorities
Nicole is crazy about her husband, Bill, and loves being mom to her 4 precious children. She deeply appreciates all of her clients and feels that each one deserves the highest level of service and confidentiality. Her commitment and care provides a steadiness through what could otherwise be an intense experience.
