The town of Mansfield has grown a lot in the past 20 years since we last walked the halls of the then one Mansfield High School. Since our glory days, the city has added an additional 6 high schools! Mansfield is expected to exceed a population of over 76,000 this year. To put it in perspective, the 2000 census showed a population of just over 28,000. Despite their growth, Mansfield has managed to maintain that small town feel, Friday Night Lights and all!
Who doesn’t want to spread that small town feeling when you can scale it correctly? Mansfield has done it so well, which is why we are thrilled to share the next round of opportunities with our friends first! We have several new communities going in with beautiful and competitively priced homes that happen to fall on the Johnson County line. You know what that means…cheaper taxes! We love cheaper taxes! Also, many people are unaware that homeowner’s insurance is quite a bit lower in the new construction market than in the pre-existing market.
