Alex Lipari

Alex grew up in Kansas City, Missouri before finding his way to TCU. His interest in real estate began at a young age, learning from his parents as they managed rental properties and several apartment complexes. After graduating from TCU, Alex went on staff with The Net, a local non-profit. Newly married and starting a family, he decided to get his real estate license to make a little extra money. Instead, he found a career he loves that incorporates serving others well.

Work & Skills
While at The Net, much of Alex’s work focused on helping community members evaluate their current circumstances, identify their wants, needs, desires, and then create a game plan to accomplish their goals. Alex utilizes this same framework to guide clients in their real estate journey. “Combine that with the hospitality I learned slinging espresso and doing the dirty work as the trash collector, and I believe I have the key character traits to being a great Realtor!”

Alex and his wife, Julia, have two incredible sons, Levi and Miles. Together they love to try new things, go for walks, and explore the Fort Worth Zoo. Alex also enjoys playing golf, duck hunting, and supporting the Frogs whenever possible! He’s known for his outstanding mustache, and he can’t live without his friends and “that feeling of when you absolutely flush an 8 iron and it lands softly on the green then rolls to 3 feet.” He says he has felt it only once but has been chasing it again ever since.

Alex has continued to serve with The Net. The relationships he’s built there and his passion to see change in our community have sparked a desire to help create better housing opportunities for those transitioning out of homelessness.

Alex exhibits a positive and trusting character, which builds engaging relationships with both clients and agents. He works hard to bring simplicity and clarity to an often-overwhelming process of buying or selling a home. By making the process simple, it allows clients to focus on the big picture of finding their new home. “Finding a new home can, and should be, fun!”
