Janice Danford
Beginnings
Born and raised in Fort Worth, Janice Danford has now called Aledo home for almost 25 years. A proud TCU alumna with a Nursing degree, she dedicated her early years to pediatric nursing and raising her three daughters. In 2018, Janice married Brad, blending their families to include four daughters, two sons, and three grandchildren. Alongside these personal milestones, she ventured into real estate, obtaining her license that same year. Drawn to the industry by her love of homes and land, Janice has continued to wholeheartedly serve her clients, seamlessly intertwining her nurturing spirit with both family and professional pursuits.
Work and Skills
Since obtaining her real estate license, Janice has continually elevated her expertise, earning the esteemed Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) credentials. With a background as a pediatric nurse and now a licensed REALTOR®, Janice possesses a unique blend of skills essential for client-centric service. Her foundation in healthcare has honed her strong communication skills, allowing her to effectively connect with and understand the needs of her clients. Known for her unwavering attention to detail, Janice ensures that every aspect of a transaction is meticulously managed. Her commitment to doing her best for clients is evident in the seamless fusion of her professional and nurturing qualities.

For Janice, life’s essentials boil down to faith, family, and friends—these are her must-haves. Outside this core trio, she enjoys good coffee, good music, sunshine and exercise. Striking a balance between meaningful relationships and these personal pleasures is what brings her joy.
