Mary Kyle Cothran
Beginnings
After graduating from The Woodlands HS, Mary Kyle Cothran made the decision to follow her older sister’s footsteps by attending TCU. Fort Worth instantly felt like home, and she pledged never to endure Houston’s humidity again. The significance of TCU deepened as both her sisters joined her there, solidifying the university’s place as a cornerstone in their family. During her freshman year, she met her future husband and they married soon after graduation. Following their time in Fort Worth, they briefly settled in Richmond, VA before seizing the opportunity to return to Texas. Now, with their three children actively engaged in the Paschal pyramid, they’re deeply involved in their schools, church, their city, and all things TCU!
Work & Skills
Mary Kyle began her post-college journey in education as a first and second grade teacher. The realm of teaching provided valuable insights into connecting with others and laid the groundwork for her strong communication skills. Following her teaching career, she opted to be a stay-at-home mother for a period before summoning her courage to pursue a real estate license. Through time, she discovered that effective communication underpins successful transactions and relationships. Today, nurturing strong connections remains a paramount focus in working with her clients.
Priorities
Faith and family are at the core of Mary Kyle’s priorities. Their busy schedules keep them highly engaged in their kid’s many school and sports commitments and supporting them brings her great joy. A devoted reader, she finds solace in the pages of books, and she takes pleasure in the outdoors, often venturing out for walks or runs with her two spirited golden retrievers. She has thoughtfully strategized quite a few real estate negotiations while hitting the pavement!
