Brandon Phillips
Beginnings
Brandon’s roots sink deep into the Texas soil as does his history with real estate. He is the fourth generation of his family to work in the real estate industry, with his father, grandfather, and great grandfather all working as developers or general contractors in Arlington, Fort Worth, and Aledo. Not only was Brandon raised with a depth of experience, but he also has quite the breadth of experience, first working for Discovery Land Company in selling luxury residential properties in private club communities in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, Whitefish, Montana, and then in Westlake, Texas. This was followed by a transition to commercial real estate with an emphasis on industrial properties.
Work & Skills
It’s this diversity of experience that make Brandon such a strong agent. He’s sold everything from entry-level homes to multi-million dollar commercial investment properties. Over the years he has learned to listen carefully to the needs and desires of his clients in order to help them achieve their goals. A humble, hard-working professional, Brandon not only knows the industry incredibly well but he is also communicative and responsive to his clients, always available to answer a question or tackle a problem.
Priorities
Brandon and his wife, Tiffany, live in the Parks of Aledo with their three kids: Gracie, Jake, and Chloe. He makes it a top priority to support his kids in sports, acting, dancing, or whatever other endeavors they pursue. When not cheering on his kids or working hard for his clients, Brandon enjoys being outdoors, fishing, hunting, hiking, camping, or golfing. While a Texan through and through, he also is a proud OU football fan, but don’t hold that against him.
Why LEAGUE?
“The brand and culture that has been established by Jeff, Matt, and Luke is like no other in DFW. Their commitment to service and creating an atmosphere of collaboration and mutual-support is something that resonated deeply with me.”
Why Brandon?
Brandon has quickly impressed us with both his knowledge and his personality. He seems to strike the perfect balance of confidence, humility, warmth, and professionalism. While he is a proud resident of Aledo, Brandon enjoys being a part of the greater Fort Worth community. “I love getting to be a part of the culture and growth of Fort Worth,” he says. Anyone who has the privilege of working with Brandon will immediately be struck by his passion for what he does, his knowledge and professionalism, and his commitment to his clients.
