Sylvia Dipnarinesingh
Beginnings
Sylvia grew up in Corpus Christi, Texas. She later moved to Houston before landing in Fort Worth over 28 years ago. Sylvia and her husband loved looking at homes. Even after their boys came along, they would look at houses almost every weekend! She remembers well the anticipation and expectation of one day owning their own home. After working in accounting and administration for many years, Sylvia decided it was time for a change and began her real estate career. “Being a homeowner for over 20 years, I want to be a part of other’s lives as they go through the same process. I enjoy being out in the city looking at properties and homes that will one day be occupied by someone I have helped.”
Work & Skills
Being one of eleven children, one of Sylvia’s greatest strengths is her ability to work well with others. “I love being around people and getting to know and invest in them on a personal level.” In addition, her administrative background allows her to pay attention to details both from the business side as well as the people side of real estate.
Priorities
Sylvia loves catching up with her three grown boys and chatting with her first grandchild via Facetime! Her favorite pastimes include walking, biking, quilting, reading, traveling, dining out with friends, and finding a steal or two at estate sales. Every year, per tradition, Sylvia grabs her Catan board game for a 3-day getaway with two of her closest friends! When asked what she values most, Sylvia responds confidently that she can’t live without her personal relationship with her Savior.
